How is Suriq priced?
Suriq uses flat-rate tiered pricing capped by monitored-asset count. There are no per-GB ingest fees and no per-endpoint charges, so you can log everything you produce and grow your environment without surprise bills. Public Starter, Pro, and Enterprise pricing is launching soon - get on the early-access list and you will be first to see the numbers.
What counts as a monitored asset in Suriq?
A monitored asset is anything Suriq actively watches - a host running the endpoint agent, a monitored endpoint or domain, or a connected cloud account. Your tier is capped by how many assets you have, so you can size the plan to your environment.
Does Suriq offer a free trial?
Yes. We set up a trial on your own telemetry so you can see Suriq work before you commit. Reach out and we will scope a trial that fits your environment, with guided onboarding from our team.
Can Suriq be deployed on-premises or air-gapped?
On-premises, air-gapped, and sovereign deployments are on our Enterprise roadmap rather than generally available today. If you have a regulated or public-sector workload that needs to run in your own environment, talk to us and we will scope what is possible. Dedicated tenancy is available now.
What SLA does Suriq offer?
