Terms of Use.
The agreement between you and suriq.io for access to and use of the Suriq platform. Please read it carefully - by using the service you accept these terms.
Last updated: 13 June 2026
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you - and, where you act for an organisation, that organisation - and suriq.io ("Suriq", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Suriq website, web console, workers, and related services (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and GDPR. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation.
Suriq provides an autonomous infrastructure-monitoring and defense platform delivered as a hosted service. Subject to these Terms and any plan you select, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your own internal business purposes.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, lease, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties except as expressly permitted; reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the Service except to the extent the law allows; or remove or obscure any proprietary notices. We may add, change, or remove features of the Service over time.
You are responsible for the accounts created under your organisation, for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential, and for all activity that takes place through them. We strongly recommend enabling multi-factor authentication.
You must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- use the Service to monitor, access, or attack infrastructure you are not authorised to manage;
- upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or network;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or probe or test its vulnerability without our written consent;
- use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content; or
- circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security measures.
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or restrict access to protect the Service and other customers.
You retain ownership of the data, configurations, and credentials you provide to or route through the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us the rights necessary to process Customer Data in order to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data and for having the rights and consents needed to monitor the systems you connect.
Where you connect third-party providers - cloud platforms, notification channels, or other integrations - you authorise us to act on those connections to perform the tasks you configure. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and GDPR.
The Service can interoperate with services operated by third parties, and may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for those services or their content, availability, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms, and any charges they impose are your responsibility.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select, and renew automatically until cancelled. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
If a payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend or downgrade your access until the balance is settled. We may change our pricing on reasonable notice; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. Except where required by law or expressly stated in a plan, fees already paid are non-refundable, and cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the remainder of a billing period.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by suriq.io or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a right to use the Service, not any ownership in it. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual-property rights to you.
If you send us suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about the Service, you agree that we may use it without restriction or obligation to you, and you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to incorporate it into our products and services. Feedback is provided voluntarily and is not treated as your confidential information.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that it will detect or prevent every incident. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suriq and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless suriq.io and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your breach of these Terms or of any applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to the Service, to us, or to others, or where required by law.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete Customer Data in accordance with our retention practices; you are responsible for exporting any data you wish to keep before your account closes. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination - including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law - will continue to apply.
We may access, preserve, and disclose account information and Customer Data where we believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Suriq, our customers, or the public.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts located in Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan you select, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
